Bumbu Bali Event FAQ
 
1.    How many days notice do you need to arrange?  If possible 3 days, we can even organize this event at shorter notice
2.    How much deposit?  50% and then full payment within a week after the event 
3.    What is cancellation policy?  3 days prior no fee, shorter then 3 days 50%.
4.    What is minimum amount spend required? We would cater the event for minimum of 4 person and as such minimum spending will not apply
5.    Who is the contact person to co-ordinate?   In our office Ms. Diah will be the contact person and Pak Made our General Manager will take care of the operational side.
6.    How do you charge for alcohol?  As per beverage list and only on what is consumed. 
7.    How about if our guests have their own wine? per bottle we would ask for a service charge of Rp. 50.000/bottle 
8.    What is cost to include a Gamelan band  (Rindik) ?  Rp. 500.000

Greetings from the heart of Tanjung  and thank you very much for your call  yesterday. We feel honored and privileged that once again you consider to use our cultural and culinary services for your prestigious costumers.

Based on our previous caterings please find below three different menus which your guests can select from . For each menu we will use the same set up as done earlier including decoration such as umbul-umbul, torches, candles and table center pieces. As for the set up we are most flexible and as such can  host the events in any other location of your choice.
