The villa supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of Villa Waru, meeting guests on arrival and overseeing the staff to meet the expectations of guests during their stay. She is on hand at the villa every day to coordinate staff activities and enhance the guests’ experience.
The villa’s chef will happily prepare anything from an extensive suggestion menu of Western and Asian dishes, as well as accommodate special requests and dietary requirements. She looks after provisioning as well as food preparation.
Our villa attendants look after guests, serve meals and beverages, and attend to daily housekeeping in shifts from 7am to 10pm.
The gardening team maintains the swimming pool, ponds and extensive garden.
Our engineer is on hand during the week to see to maintenance.
Guests are kept safe and secure by the estate’s 24-hour security team, working in shifts. In addition to being in an exclusive community with gantry gate entry.
