We welcome you to Villa Waru our home-away-from-home where we have enjoyed precious moments with people we love. We know that you too will feel rejuvenated and reconnected with your family and friends after you have experienced the magic.
In 1992, a whimsical response to a newspaper ad "Build Your Dream House in Bali" started us on an incredible journey to create a private paradise that has become an escape from our high-pace, urban lives. After years of perseverance, we have been blessed with a top-notch team of builder Mark Keatinge, landscape architect Made Wijaya, lighting specialist Paul Turner, and numerous craftsmen and interior designers.
Our newest extension and refurbishment even gave us the luxury as husband and wife to design different parts of the property. Can you guess who designed which?
We welcome opportunities to visit beautiful places in the world and would be pleased to extend private invitation for like-minded folks at our luxury property.
We are keen to share the richness and beauty of other cultures and countries from someone’s home with our four children.
